Micro habits are tiny actions that seem insignificant at first but in the long run they can transform your life. They seem so easy that incorporating micro habits in your life is pretty simple, don’t take time or a big amount of effort.

- Drink one glass of water first thing in the morning
- Stretch for 2 minutes everyday
